Peter Kulakov is the founding director & speaker at the first Christian Media Center in post-Soviet states, a pastor, and an overseas missionary. At 26, Peter Kulakov made history as the first Christian to appear live on two national communist radio networks. In 1992, he appeared for 12 days at the Grand Kremlin Palace of Culture as a Russian translator, for American evangelist Mark Finley. In 2005, Pastor Kulakov started a weekly Light of Hope television program in Russian and English. Peter is actively engaged in evangelism work in Russia, Maldova, Ukraine, and other Eastern European countries. Last year, he preached at the front lines of the war in Eastern Ukraine. Peter and his wife Galina celebrated their 41st anniversary in June. Together, they have 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren.
